These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Objective Numbers Coaching ("Service"), operated by ТрейнЕриа ЕООД ("Company", "we", "us"), a company registered in Bulgaria, VAT ID: BG203549497, with registered address at ул. 27ми Юли 28, ет. 1, ап. 1 (офис 1), Варна 9000, Bulgaria.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Service Description
Objective Numbers Coaching provides AI-powered coaching through three modalities: live video sessions with a photorealistic AI coaching companion, text-based coaching via real-time chat, and email-based coaching. The Service uses artificial intelligence to facilitate personal development conversations. It is not a substitute for licensed therapy, counseling, or medical advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Account Registration
You must provide a valid email address and create a password to register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription Plans and Payment
The Service is offered through paid subscription plans as described on our Pricing page. By selecting a plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees through our payment processor, Stripe. All prices are displayed in the currency indicated and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel before the renewal date. Lifetime plans are a one-time payment and do not renew.
5. Free Trial
Some plans may include a free trial period. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan, and you will be charged the applicable fee.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected]. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
After the 7-day guarantee period, no refunds will be issued for subscription fees already charged. Lifetime plan purchases are eligible for the 7-day guarantee only.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Service for any illegal purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; share your account credentials with others; use the Service to harm, threaten, or harass any person; reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service; use automated tools to access the Service (bots, scrapers); or resell or redistribute access to the Service.
8. AI Coaching Disclaimer
The AI coaching companion (John) is a software tool that facilitates personal development conversations. It is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, counselor, or medical professional. The Service does not provide medical, psychological, or clinical advice.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or any medical emergency, please contact your local emergency services or a licensed professional immediately. The Service is not designed for crisis intervention.
9. Privacy and Data
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and AI models used in the Service are the property of ТрейнЕриа ЕООД or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service. Your conversation data belongs to you, subject to the license granted in our Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Varna, Bulgaria, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
